Unitech presents Crestview project in Sect 70 Gurgaon [22th october 2011, Financial chronicle]

 
 Unitech, India’s leading business group and an integrated developer of large-scale real estate projects, has announced the launch of “Crestview Apartments”. Crest­view is being launched as a part of Wildflower Country, a 100-acre township in sector 70, Gurgaon, being developed by Unitech. Crestview offers apartments in sizes ranging from 925 – 1,402 sq ft in G+13 level towers with each floor having four units.

It will spread across seven acres of land, and has a total saleable area of more than 6,00,000 sq ft.

Crestview offers two- and three-bedroom apartment with basic price of approx Rs 65 lakh and Rs 73 lakh, respectively. Th­ere are some other charges such as government/ statutory char­ges, car-parking charges over and above the basic price. Each apartment will come equipped with the best of modern amenities like imported marble flooring in living/dining, split air-conditioning in all rooms.

The project offers social infrastructure and amenities such as shopping area, including daily needs store, bank/ATM, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting, and provision for public transportation area such as taxi stand.

The company expects to generate booking to the tune of Rs 400 crore from the Crestview Apartments over two months.

Commenting, on the development, a Unitech spokesperson said, “We expect to generate a sa­les-booking of Rs 400 crore from this project over two months and also, expect to garner revenue of Rs 2,000 crore, from Wildflower Country Township over the next three to four years.”
